(Lancaster, PA; March 1, 2019) Christiane David Gallery welcomes everyone this First Friday in celebration of art, learning and family.

Christiane David became a grandmother a few weeks ago and is introducing a new set of joyous paintings based on the alphabet. Each work will have an animal that represents a letter of the alphabet; examples are B for Bird, C for Cow and D for Dog. These paintings will be colorful, humorous and adorable. If you are not familiar with Christiane’s work, she is able to produce vibrant, flowing paintings that can capture the imagination and any scene.

Everything that a newborn sees from shapes to color when they open their eyes to the new world is what Christiane wants to capture. Christiane's wish to encompass the magical nature of art and learning by dedicating a space of the gallery for the children inspired exhibition, which is the start of a new project called the Toddler Room. These animals will be available in selected original works, as well as, prints on paper and canvas. In addition to the new work, her abstract paintings will still be up for display. The improved Print and Gift shop space will also be open for enjoyment.

We hope you can join us this First Friday from 6:00 mp.m. - 9:00 p.m. !
